How long does it take to get the steel building drawings and quotation sheet?

If you have requested standard erection drawings, we can usually ship them to you within 3 to 7 business days. Note: Special Quotes may require additional drawing time.

Do you accept container loading inspection?

You are welcomed to send an inspector, not only for the container loading, but any time during the production time.

Where does Lanjing Steel deliver to?

We deliver pre-cut, ready for assembly structures, directly to your sea port from our factories.Our delivery port is Qingdao Port. FOB,CRF, CIF and EXW terms will be acceptable.

About delivery time?

Normally, delivery time is 15-30 days after deposit received. For large project, we can produce and deliver goods in batches according to the schedule.

What is your payment terms?

1.Payment 30% in advance by T/T for deposit,the balance before shipment by T/T or L/C.
2.100% irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

Do you offer on-site installation service?

Yes, we have our own experienced engineers and installation team dedicated to foreign projects.

If we don't require your installation instructions, what kind of installation drawings can we get?

We will give detailed installation drawings for free.We supply drawings include an anchor-bolt plan, which will give your foundation engineer all the information necessary to design the proper foundation for your building. The set of installation drawing include detailed diagrams of every connection used in your building as well as cross-section diagrams for every part of the building, including the main frames, the framing for each wall, the roof sheeting, and the wall sheeting.

Will you supply third party inspection available or the relevant documentation?

Yes, it is according to your requirements. Our clients usually ask SGS, BV, TUV etc. to inspect cargos before shipment.

What Is A PEMB Building?

A PEMB building, or Pre-Engineered Metal Building, is a building system made up of steel components that are pre-engineered & pre-fabricated into steel building kits. PEMB buildings bold together on-site.

What are prefabricated steel buildings?

A prefabricated steel building is a building system that is engineered for a specific location. With prefabricated steel buildings, the majority of the labor is done before the building is even delivered to the jobsite. The welding, drilling and cuts are done prior to delivery.

What do I receive with my steel building?

If I do erect the building myself, what tools will I need?

Aside from the typical tools you’d likely have on hand, you’ll need industrial lifting equipment to lift the rafters and columns. Other equipment may include a track loader, forklift, front-end loader & screw guns. If you hope we supply tools,we will give you a quotation sheet of our tools list for your reference.We deliver pre-cut, ready for assembly structures, directly to your sea port from our factories.

Who will design the foundation?

Your steel building design includes an anchor bolt plan that provides the building’s reactions and dimensions. If you hire a foundation engineer (which is highly recommended), they will take this information and properly design your foundation.

What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure. Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure. High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anti-corrosive coating.
